good foodplatinum access
the food was very good i especially enjoyed the specialty restaurants for dinners. the staff at the swim up bar remembered our drinks always. paying extra for platinum access was worth it because the breakfast was so much better than the buffet

mixed feelings after my stay
rude staffsunbed availability
I found a couple of issues that soured the experience. first, the staff seemed consistently rude, really affecting the overall atmosphere. second, getting a sunbed was a daily battle. People reserved them with towels super early, made relaxation impossible. it reminded me of i needed to wake up at dawn just to get a decent spot.
