lovely stay
good food platinum access
the food was very good i especially enjoyed the specialty restaurants for dinners. the staff at the swim up bar remembered our drinks always. paying extra for platinum access was worth it because the breakfast was so much better than the buffet

lush trees electric wagons large pools
the grounds feature lush tropical trees wild animals and nice gardens i liked the electric wagons that run every 8 to 12 minutes i used them for daily activities there are three large pools for different activities
i found the minibar a bit stingy

mixed feelings after my stay
rude staff sunbed availability
I found a couple of issues that soured the experience. first, the staff seemed consistently rude, really affecting the overall atmosphere. second, getting a sunbed was a daily battle. People reserved them with towels super early, made relaxation impossible. it seemed like i needed to wake up at dawn just to get a decent spot.
